1 minute of dance = $1,000
The most popular section of the annual Bay Wide Audition, solos presented by participating dancers, is now open to the public. The winning dancer receives $1000 in cash at the end of the evening. You vote!
Any dancer working in the Bay Area may register to dance.
Participation in the
Bay Wide Audition (earlier in the day) is not required. Your dance may not last more
than 1-minute or leave residue on the floor. Both audience members and a panel of
judges will vote. The dancer who wins will receive $1,000 in cash.
The Rules
Contestants MUST pre-register. Cut-off is July 13 at High Noon.
Contestants may not be members of a company with an annual contract of 36 weeks or more. Any accompaniment must be on CD or require NO set-up. Dancers will appear in registration order.
